Delta Delta Delta - ΔΔΔ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 3.6 I used to have respect for Tri Delt as almost every graduate I know has gone on to make a name for herself. However, what happened at bid day is inexcusable. I cannot believe a sorority that used to be considerably classy (especially in comparison to some other houses) acted out in such an immature, tacky way. This just goes to show that even though this house is still top, they are going to make a steep decline unless they get their act together.

I used to have respect for Tri Delt as almost every graduate I know has gone on to make a name for herself. However, what happened at bid day is inexcusable. I cannot believe a sorority that used to be considerably classy (especially in comparison to some other houses) acted out in such an immature, tacky way. Pushing, shoving, and trying to fight other women for a spot on the steps? Causing girls to get injured and glasses to get broken?! SERIOUSLY? The steps are NOT that serious, and if you want a spot so badly, camp out all morning like the other sororities did. I know all the Tri Delts are not like this but they need to get it together.

Sororities did not camp out all morning. They got there at 11 am which is the same time tri delt got there. If you are gonna gossip be more informed

the sororities weren't allowed to get there before 11:30 i think, but tri delt did come later than the rest of the houses.

My mom was a Tri Delt at Pitt in the eighties and wouldn't fill out a legacy introduction form because she didn't want them to know. She said that there was so much pressure to win everything as far as raising money that it made the sisters' lives miserable. I care as much about philanthropy as anyone but I'm certainly not interested in standing on the sidewalk with a can begging for coins!
