Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 3.4 They're in a weird phase where half of them could be in kappa/kd, some are just average, and some of them could have been in sig delt. They kind of fall behind in recruitment. Maybe they need better leadership or just more interest in investing time in improving their sorority in general. I could see them either falling or rising within the next few years depending on their next pledge class.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 3.4 really sweet girls that genuinely care about all aspects of greek life, throw awesome philanthropy events, but just don't seem to put themselves out there or try to socialize. I never see them out at dages/list parties/etc and if I do it's just a small group. They have a lot of girls that are similar to tpa/adpi/aephi/kd but the differences i see between them and this house is that these girls just aren't social. not sure if by choice or if shy but i feel like they get a bad rep sometimes bc ppl just dont know them enough.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 2.2 Heard they have a really strong sisterhood, just aren’t that “popular” among the top frats. People in Greek life are pretty closed minded to change and to mixing with different sororities

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 3.9 Smart, down to earth girls who know how to have fun. Some are awkward but not bad once you get to know them, a reputation that still sticks with them I think. Host one of the best philanthropy events on campus. Not known for partying hard (apparently don't require their girls to go to every single mixer as some other houses do) and not as "sororityty" as other houses. Frequently ranked as "bottom tier" on here since everyone is too concerned with ranking their own org higher and social climbing and pushing them to the bottom, but from being in greek life for the past three years, I see them sitting closer to the middle
