They kind of fall behind in recruitment. Maybe they need better leadership or just more interest in investing time in improving their sorority in general. I could see them either falling or rising within the next few years depending on their next pledge class.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 3.4 really sweet girls that genuinely care about all aspects of greek life, throw awesome philanthropy events, but just don't seem to put themselves out there or try to socialize. I never see them out at dages/list parties/etc and if I do it's just a small group. They have a lot of girls that are similar to tpa/adpi/aephi/kd but the differences i see between them and this house is that these girls just aren't social. not sure if by choice or if shy but i feel like they get a bad rep sometimes bc ppl just dont know them enough.
