Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 2.2 They are to panhel what I guess Delta Chi now is to IFC. They're trying to be something they aren't. They were always the smart, sweet girls. I guess they're trying to become more "popular"? I wish they wouldn't. I used to really like them.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 4.0 Never really know what you're going to get with them. Some are really hot, some aren't even close. Seem to have an extremely tight sisterhood and are very involved/present on campus. Weren't always the best to mix with in the past, but are definitely getting much better.
