Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 2.2 As someone who went through 2024 rush, i got mixed vibes. I felt like their Recruitment chair was pushy and the girls in recruitment didn’t seems to have a lot of fun in conversation. This is coming from someone who got called back multiple rounds to the “ good sororities “ like Tri Delt, Tri Sig, Chi o, and SDT. I don’t see sisterhood as a big component and they do too many snap bids. I get off vibes and i’m glad i went where i went. Lots of self ranking too btw.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 1.2 This sorority is a total sham and was nothing to be proud to be here! There was nothing but a bunch of phony people there acting so shallow and transparent which was something to be ashamed of. Nearly everyone acted and behaved the same like and if you didn’t align to their expectations you were given serious harsh judgement giving major bully vibes. The sorority doesn’t value in sisterhood rather tarnishes it with lies, gossiping, and betraying other sisters behind their back. IF YOU CAN AVOID JOINING HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 2.4 Dphie has created an environment so toxic that many sisters want out. This sorority has hurt my mental health so badly that I’m considering dropping. Leadership board is trying to mend the issues, but they cant seem to understand or listen to sisters. Everything is gossip, and if they hear one bad/untrue thing about you they ostracize you. If you have any mental health issues or have anything traumatic happen to you do not trust these girls to help or understand. They’ll hold it against you. There is no sisterhood and the disrespect from both leadership and other sisters is insane.

Our sisterhood is struggling in more ways than one. And while that is a hard thing to grapple with, I know that our chapter’s leadership is trying to mend the holes they’ve created. They just can’t sincerely listen to the concerns of sisters. If they’re successful is something that only time can tell. But morale is low for sure. yits i guess.

Our L team told us at chapter to stray from Greek Rank commenting but since it's the only way they will notice their sisters' concerns, I guess I have no other option. I'll admit, this sorority was and has been amazing...until this year. The current L team is in their own little world and threatens to fine us or send us to standards if we do not abide by their ways. The irony is they do not care about us growing as leaders or sisters, but are just trying to meet their quotas while we get blindsided and stay out of the loop until it's too late. They have thrown the sisterhood aspect out the window and the other members are starting to catch on. As a result, nobody wants to participate in events or go to mixers and would rather stick with their friends they know will actually have their backs. If L team would start acting as members of a sorority and not a middle school clique, maybe our chapter would not be heading downhill so fast.
