Yeah, on bogus, one sided charges that all fraternities should be concerned about. Even nationals has not revoked Gamma Sigmas charter and conversation/litigation is on going. And FYI, as a Greek community, you should realize that violating a 99 year lease for a prominent fraternity on campus means no fraternity is immune to the arbitrary enforcement of rules.
