Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 4.2 Phi Kap is really low key about everything and tend to do their own thing which is good and bad. Mixed bag in terms of attractiveness but the Spring 16 and Fall 16 boys are hot. I think their major strength is that they are really easy going and all seem like best friends, I always found that really cute. Just my two cents from a girl who has partied here consistently.
