Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 4.2 Weird to see hate on phi delt, they mix with the same "top" sororities as other frats and just tend to take smaller pledge classes. Personally have not ever heard anyone call them creepy, and they just seem a lot closer than the ones that hand out bids to anyone. They're not top without a hill house, but I'd put them above the other off campus frats for now

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Pittsburgh - UPITT 1.9 These guys are barely middle tier. They don't have a decent house and take creepy guys just for their dues. The ones pikap takes for dues are decent at least. These ones are just bottom of the barrel. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

This is being down voted but it's true to an extant. Pi kapp and sig chi do and now pike does as well. If they don't wanna be left behind they have to get one to make their parties better.
