Top Tier easily. Great guys in this fraternity. They do so much for the school, throw great parties, idk how there are any bad ratings of them.

kinda standoffish but some girls are sweet once you get to know them. don't really see them at mixers though. kinda sloppy.

When they came to campus I was excited--I thought they could really be different than the other fraternities. I was wrong though. They're all the same.

Maybe this has changed, but when I graduated last year practically no one liked AEPi. They were always stoned, the house was a mess, and the brothers were generally jerks. It appears that they're being consistent, though.

They are to panhel what I guess Delta Chi now is to IFC. They're trying to be something they aren't. They were always the smart, sweet girls. I guess they're trying to become more "popular"? I wish they wouldn't. I used to really like them.

They used to be one of the nice houses--a pity what I hear is happening to them. The only thing worse than arrogant cool kids is arrogant kids who wish they were cool. Why try to be something you aren't?

The "thousand pound army" comment is kinda funny to me because most of the TPAs I've seen on campus are on the scrawny side...overall a decent house. Seem to like each other.
