Nothing bad to say about them, the nicest frat bros on campus no doubt, and they actually THROW!!! Definitely needs to mix more with others sororities

SDT is objectively a good sorority, kinda what you expect from Greek Life at pitt. They get invited to mixers and many of them are saying various fraternities brothers.They actually like each other, really only issue is that they are newer to campus but that means they don’t have bad reps like some sororities…

I rushed these guys last fall. Good group of guys, some more interesting than others, but overall decent guys. The rush events were chill and it all seemed good until their invite only event. Of the more interesting guys, this chubby kid, who some of the guys called “titts” or something like that, pulled me to the side and said I needed to gobble down “the haas special” to get a bid. I declined and decided not to continue rush. Good group of guys though.

So I was interested in rushing Sigma Chi this past semester but had an odd experience with it overall. At first they were super nice, they seemed to have a great brotherhood and got along super well and I was having a good time. They seemed to play this game "Bops" a lot (similar to die) which was cool, until it came time for what they called the nerd rope challenge. They pulled me inside and gave me 5 nerd ropes and they told me I had to braid them together to make a mega nerd rope. They then had me compare my "nerd rope" with the mega nerd rope I made, and they also took out their "mega nerd ropes" and boy were they mega (except for one guy). Then they had me try to gobble it down as quickly as possible. I did it pretty quick and they seemed impressed which was cool and said I was an auto-bid for that. But after some reflection, despite how fun it was there (despite their sub par ginger dj) I decided to not continue with the rush process.

these men are atrocious. every single one has a superiority complex. i do not think i’ve ever had a good experience with them. They need to be humbled

girls are super sweet and easygoing. you can tell their sisterhood is genuine. definitely on the come up!
