Prob a top 2 or 3 frat that consists of bunch of highschool jocks and about 80% are really outgoing and nice/fun but 20% are try hard douches. The ex kappa Sigs are all awesome and literally the BEST time and they’re training their pledges well for sure. These guys party hard but also need to work on treating women better and not being rude to those who aren’t in top sororitys or whatever. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re the clear cut top frat soon. Oh and I don’t think they know what philanthropy even is lol...

These guys are known with the sorority girls to cause some drama and can tend to be a little bit shady. Low key, they have some flaws but for the most part they are pretty good looking and party a decent amount! The friends I do have in Phi Delt are amazing and super cool! shoutout to a couple of them for always being a fun time at the bar. Never a dull moment with phi delt. On the rise!
