Definitely middle tier but they’re better then a decent amount of other frats. I’d say the main reason people have been saying their rising is bc of their darty spot which is really good. Only thing is they have to invite a top frat to actually make it big/lit. They def have improved recently tho

If you want to meet girls with absolutely no personality these girls are the go too. Had a recent encounter with them and it was as equivalent as to talking to a brick wall. These girls suck... granite there might be 1 or 2 decent ones out of the bunch the rest are just self consumed losers that will probably fail in the real world once they graduate. Grow up and stop hanging out with pike 24/7 and acctually socialize with other people.
