When I rushed in Spring '19 I remember loving KD. They are top tier for all the right reasons: smart, kind, inclusive, pretty, etc. I joined another house, but I remember them always being super involved and hosting lots of philanthropy events.

Yes, I am an elder member of DPhiE. Our L team told us at chapter to stray from Greek Rank commenting but since it's the only way they will notice their sisters' concerns, I guess I have no other option. I'll admit, this sorority was and has been amazing...until this year. The current L team is in their own little world and threatens to fine us or send us to standards if we do not abide by their ways. The irony is they do not care about us growing as leaders or sisters, but are just trying to meet their quotas while we get blindsided and stay out of the loop until it's too late. They have thrown the sisterhood aspect out the window and the other members are starting to catch on. As a result, nobody wants to participate in events or go to mixers and would rather stick with their friends they know will actually have their backs. If L team would start acting as members of a sorority and not a middle school clique, maybe our chapter would not be heading downhill so fast.

As a PMN I talked with some of these people who by far very rude and toxic towards me. Basically they commented how I was unfit to be part of Greek life because of my identity.

They are seriously so sweet their parties are great the basement does get a bit hot but where doesn’t. I’ve seen the reports of SA nonsense but I’ve been around the current guys so much I would trust them alone with my drink.

Absolute worst fraternity here. The guys are so mid and can’t even get girls to go to their “parties”. They have zero social skills and honestly they’re all strange. Seems like the kids in high school who had no friends or experience with girls. All i have to say is yikes
