Seriously man you need to quit it. It really isn't that big of a deal if you don't go Greek, no one is going to care in a year. Heck, no one cares now.

Sig Ep said they were taking the house in 2009. The court case ended in a stalemate in 2013. Alumni continue to own the house.

It has not yet been released to the public, but the the alumni brothers finally slipped up and lost to nationals on a slimy play by Sig Ep. Trust me, I just talked with one of the alums about it and they're furious. It just happened this past month. The original brothers even talked about coming back to UVA in the way Phi Society did as just "SPE."

It will cost an insane amount of money and time to make that house liveable again, so still don't expect them to recolonize anytime soon
