real frat rankings
by: Future PledgeI just got accepted from out of state to UVA. Can someone give me the real frat rankings in order of tiers please? I've also heard it's hard if you're not from in-state to get the buds to some of he top frats. Will someone also tell me which frats only take guys from VA?

Phi psi traditionally has a lot of northern va kids but for the most part fraternities will take you from wherever if you're a good fit. Kappa Sig and KA I think try to get more southerners but i also know kids in them that got in from the "north." Moral of the story is if the fraternity really liked you they would take you regardless

These are how the rankings worked out pre-rush. i dont know much about pledge classes so these could have recently changed but overall rush probably had no major affects on rankings, maybe moving some frats up or down a little

i wouldnt say thats true at all, i know plenty of non-douchey guys in what are considered "top tier" frats and definitely a lot of guys who arent rich
