If we're going to be honest -- PiKA and Chi Phi.

Elmo is untouchable.

Elmo's very likely to go.
The only place that is untouchable is Phi Psi for political reasons. DKE too maybe.

No one is untouchable.

Make a mistake and they'll be more than happy to shutter you house, and send you packing.

That's just not true. A lot of fraternities and sororities have made a mistake and still have their house, charter, and FOA. Some have made mistakes even while on severe probation and still are in the house -- looking at you, PIKA.

Elmo, DKE, Pika and Phi Psi are pretty safe. Then you also have the bottom frats who probably wouldn't do anything worth getting kicked off
