What's happening with Tri Sigma?

Tri Sig is becoming the house of cliques. I now understand and appreciate formal recruitment. When you join as a group you stay in your group. When you join as an individual you become part of a sisterhood.

Not sure I'll make it to initiation.

I see what you mean. Any ideas on what we can do to become more of a sisterhood? I look at the other sororities and feel like we're missing something. I guess we still don't have a clear idea of who we are or who we want to be.

First, you should get off this website and talk about these issues openly with your sisters. It's a new sorority and of course not everything is going to be perfect right off the bat. If you want to improve, coming on here to complain changes nothing, and you should instead put your energy into creating the kind of sisterhood you desire.
