There's a court case around it. The alumni from the chapter at UVA refuse to give up the property rights of the house.

What is the real value of being inder the thimb of national offices? Just become a local socirty. National organizations have gotten too big. Too diluted and turned more into a business than a real brotherhood..

We (and that's all of us) would be better served by going independent.

Nationals are just a parasite at this point.
