alphabetical fraternity rankings

With Bid day just around the corner I think it's finally time to set the record straight and put up the real fraternity rankings as it stands now:
Top
AEPi, Alpha Sig, ATO - Can't do it better than these guys, they knew they wanted to be number one and just went for it
Lower Top
Beta, Chi Phi, DKE, Delta Sig, DU - Some of the best guys around, but not quite the top.
Upper Middle
Elmo, Fiji, Hall, Kappa Swag - This group is definitely on the rise, Elmo is on the verge of moving up to lower top
Middle
Phi Delt, Phi Psi, Pika, Pi Kapp - Really nice guys that know how to have a good time, in spite of their rankings.
Lower Middle
SAE, Sammy, Sigmachi, Sigma Nu (?), Sigma Pi - This tier has more S's than Mike Tython has said in a lifetime, leaving them fairly solidified in this spot
Lower
TKE, TDX, Theta Chi, ZBT, Zete - Not much to say about this crew, they pretty much always have been and always will be at the bottom of the barrel.
Worst
KA - Lol it's KA

DKE - massive win
Zete - shaky
Chi Phi - alright
Phi Delt - weak and below target number
Beta - good number, but of different character
Phi Psi - ok
Hall - terrible numbers
Elmo - nothing to brag about
FIJI - ok
SAM - good numbers, decent kids
DU - struggling
Delta Sig - ok
Phi Sig - do I have that name right?
AEPi - distinctive quality
KA - downward
Sigma Pi - don't know these guys
SERP - bidded a gnome
