snap bids
by: Someone who knowsFor anyone wondering how snap bids work and why they happen: when a sorority has a higher retention rate (% of girls who vote them higher) the number of girls they are allowed to invite back is limited more than sororities with lower retention rates. For example, last year most sororities were allowed to invite 150 girls back to prefs while theta and kappa could only invite 120 and Tridelt only 90. Because those numbers are pretty limited, it is pretty difficult to fill a pledge class of 45, and thus snap bids happen. Thank you and goodnight
