kappa and theta picked their pledge class?

So I've heard from many people that Kappa and Theta have already picked their pledge class before rush even started, is this what they do every year? Seems kind of rude to the girls who still have to go there that they aren't even given a chance....

If you are going back there chances are you are one of the women they picked.

Theta kappa and Tri delt will have most of their pledge classes decided. They do let in some stand outs every year though. People will get asked back because they have to ask back a certain number but yeah. chances are small if you know no one

If you're not social enough to have gotten to know girls in those houses by now, you're probably not going to keep being invited back.

All of these houses did not make quota last year. But you should know by now that these top tier middle tier etc.. means nothing. Pick a house that you feel comfortable with. Otherwise you will be miserible. And a lot come on here and self rank, so there really isn't any accuracy.

That's because the higher your retention rate, the less girls you can invite back to prefs. Most sororities invited back 150. Theta and kappa only could invite 120 back while Tridelt could only invite 90. Obviously it's going to be harder to meet quota when you can only invite a small number of girls to prefs who may choose another sorority.
