2nd year transfer

Potentially transferring to UVA for next year from a small private college where I am a varsity athlete. I have connections with a few fraternities through friends from home, but what are opinions on the best fraternity I could get into as a transfer? I assume DKE, Elmo and Hall are out of the question but what about sae, chi phi, kappa sig, pika, etc.?

Don't assume anything. All houses take transfers including DKE Elmo and Hall
