1. Elmo, DKE, Hall

Why: These top three are undisputed. Elmo's had the best year so far IMO, with all of its parties being exclusive yet still packed. DKE continues to run the late night scene, and has had some good parties. The Hall maintains its rich and elitist reputation and despite not throwing any bangers, is still in this first tier.

2. Kappa Sig, Zete, KA

Why: Kappa Sig does well with its parties and has a very solid rep. Zete, while falling off in recent years, still does throw down, though more low key. KA runs the darty scene with gamedays and obviously St. Patty's. Plus, Zete and KA have Tilka/Eli Banana going for it.

3. Chi Phi, Phi Psi, Sigma Chi, SAE, PiKA

While the ordering of this tier can be debated, the composition can't. Phi Psi and Chi Phi killed gamedays this year (Phi Psi especially) and had some solid parties. While Sigma Chi can throw down pretty well, they're too far away to get any higher in these rankings. SAE and PiKA are both houses that are falling off, but still solid.

4. Sammy, Fiji, Beta, Phi Society, Delta Sig, Phi Delt

These are all solid middle tier frats. Sammy has fun parties and looks like it could build on a solid pledge class from last year. Fiji also threw great gameday darties. Beta, Delta Sig, and Phi Delt are all decent fraternities that have some great guys in them.
