choices choices

Ok! Happy New Year everyone. This might not be the best place to post but I got EA for a much smaller private VA school and I'm waiting on UVA. Going greek is really important to me. I'm torn 50-50 on going to a smaller school than my high school or huge UVA I see benefits in both. Has anyone else had this issue that also really cared about greek life?

I have a pretty good idea what other school you are referring to. I would recommend visiting each school a few more times. Its a big choice that will alter your college experience. Greek life here is awesome but it isn't the only thing on campus. Tough choice, do you want your sorority to be part of who you are or 100%.

Go to UVA if you get in. It's really not as big as you think, and small schools get boring really easily. It's just an unbeatable experience. I'm sure you'd enjoy the other school too but you'd have no idea how much you're missing out on.

If you are in state and get into UVA come here no brainer. Not only will you save your parents money but we get a ton of 2nd and 3yr transfers from smaller schools. You'll get bored quickly. Best of luck.
