Personally, as a guy who has known girls in both sororities, I find Theta and Kappa to be overrated. I get that they're at the top mainly for their money, but I enjoy hanging out with the girls just below them way more.
That said, I think these rankings are pretty spot on, except I'd move AXO to be in the interchangeable bracket.

Pi Phi isn't that high up. I know girls in both sororities and DG is above APhi if not tied. DZ and Zeta are also pretty much tied.
This is probably more accurate (especially from recent pledge classes) but this is just my opinion:

Honestly a lot of the sororitys in the same tiers are interchangeable, with the top tier being "top" mainly because of their money. Any sororities on the same line here are equally popular, it just depends on what you're looking for personally.

I think DZ is a little higher than Zeta but they are pretty close. And THANK YOU about pi phi they are ranked highly for no reason and no one seems to be able to say why they are. Honestly I think they should be below DZ and Zeta but people are really reluctant to let tiers shift and think positions in it are static.
