transfer rush

for a second year who just transferred here this past semester, what's it like for fraternity rush? do most houses take transfers? are there certain ones that specifically don't/already have a pc figured out?

Look at middle tier houses.

You're actually not in a bad position. It doesn't matter what class you are. All the top houses seem to take a lot of transfers. You just have to vocalize that it's something you really want to do during the rush process.
