does anyone know what the new quota for upperclassmen is? Is it the same for all chapters?

So all chapters will have a quota of upperclassmen ? I don't think they can do that it's up to the discretion of the chapter... And the space they have available. Getting a bid as a second year is always competitive. Only the best of the best will get a bid, if regular rush wasn't competitive enough. I don't think there's anything in particular you can do over first years. Good GPA, be charming, dress well, etc. good luck !
