Pi Phi (and most sororities) will be taking some second years! I definitely recommend Pi Phi though. Probably my favorite sorority here

Facebook stalk members and ask them to friend you. After you have those connections it will be easier. That will let them know that you are interested.

The ISC just passed a bylaw that will require all houses to meet a second-year "quota" during formal recruitment this year or fulfill it through snap bids after
