new rankings based on '14-'15 recruitment

I think it's time to accept that things have changed, and rankings are not how they were in previous years. This is an honest rank based on last year's recruitment

if youre basing it on last year's recruitment then tri delt isnt that on top. few girls wanted to go tri delt they had to give snap bids like come on..

There are 15 houses so there should be 5 houses in each tier. You can't argue with that.
