informal recruitment

I am a rising 3rd year transferring to UVA. Would it be impossible to get into a sorority? My top choice is ADPi so I am wondering if it is almost impossible for me to even get in. Any opinions?

It is very difficult for transfers to get a bid, and I haven't really heard anything about third years getting one. However, it's always worth trying and ADPi isn't a super selective sorority at UVA so you have a shot I would think !

I'm not an ADPi, but that is not correct. Informal Rush is your best shot. Some of the top tier did not make quota so they should have slots. You need to have a great resume as a transfer though.

good luck as a transfer. adpi is actually really selective, along with every other sorority. hope you have some legacy.

I would try rush. You might do okay.I don't know why this school is so hard on Transfer students. Barack Obama was a transfer student.
