The most important thing about recruitment is to trust in the process and not drop out if you are cut by your favorite house. Each day look at the ones you still have because they actually like you. Stay in until the end and you will find your home.

This is so nice of you to say. You guys were at the top of my list and I truly felt connected to all girls I talked to during rush. I still cannot understand why you dropped me after Round Robin. Do you only take girls you personally know? All my other friends who did not know anyone in your sorority got dropped also. I am so very disappointed with this process. Your saying trust the process is just full of c..... It all comes down to who you know. I did end up in a sorority I love but I believe your process stinks. Especially your sorority is extremely unfair in the selection process.
