KA isn't quite what it was, I'd have them at lower top; I'd move fiji to upper middle just because of their reputation with girls and their house location; SAE is no longer a top tier fraternity, I'd put them as low as middle; Phi delt, delta sig, and phi society are on a different level from pi kap (it seems like you just did these by location, which is completely stupid), and are definitely comparable to Sammy and Beta, all of them constitute the solid middle tier.

DU and Theta Chi are alright, and comparable to places like Pi Kap, but I wouldn't consider them as on the same level as a Beta or Delta Sig. I've never had as much fun at DU or Theta Chi as I've had at most of the mentioned "middle tier" fraternities.

not awful but pretty far off on a few. First off no one really differentiates much after you get past your "middle" category. Secondly I'd move zete, sae, pika, and ka down a bit. Chi phi and sigma chi are arguably better than all of those. Honestly upper top through upper middle are all pretty good and so that group as a whole works, the order is just off

The hall is delta psi and Elmo is delta phi. Literally no one calls them that here though

beta/delta sig/phi society are about the same
