A lot of these rankings don't take the new pledge classes into account. Some sororitys (like Pi Phi, SK, DG, & ADPi) have improved because of their new first years while others (like Tri-Delt, Chi O, Zeta, & Tri-Sig) have lowered their standards.

i totally agree with that except for DG... i'd say their new pc is a HUGE lowering of their standards.

I don't agree at all. The whole point is "after Rush this is what I think." No one lowered their standards. There was a great pool of girls and everyone got a good pledge class. The fact is that some of the girls that were overlooked by the top tier houses were great and were snapped up by the lower tiers giving them a great PC this year.

Everyone puts up the same rankings (more or less), but I remember in my rush group before we found out which sororitys were "top tier," most people HATED theta (who were extremely unfriendly) and kappa (who had their awkward basement rave thing going on during RR). I think it's much more realistic and honest to be houses like Pi Phi, DG, and A Chi O at the top bc people actually LIKE them. Theta & kappa might have some "hot" girls, but that's no reason to refer to them as top tier when no one wanted to pledge with them (except the girls they dirty rush)
