sorority comments

As a non-greek close friend of multiple DDDs (and girls in other sororities), I would just like to clarify that DDD is not on social probation because of hazing. Standard procedures were followed during the investigation and the reason for their probation should be of no one's concerns except members of DDD

That's a HORRIBLE adjustment. AP below KD & ZTA? Not bloody likely. I like my two cents more. Though I am cool with CO being ranked above SK.

I might actually put SK and ACO together. SK is better than it used to be, but I think CO is still a stronger group.

Someone said it before, and I kind of agree with them, when it comes to the bottom mid-tier 3:
CO - The best looking of the 3
ACO - The most fun of the 3
SK - The strongest sisterhood of the 3

If we are transferring to UVa from another school but had already joined a soror at that other school, would this give us an advantage if we decide to rush the UVa chapter?

If a woman is an initiated member of a National Panhellenic Council Fraternity or Sorority, then she is a member anywhere. Individual groups set their own rules about whether or not a transfer undergraduate student can affiliate with an active chapter on Grounds. She can certainly join the local alumnae group, if one exists in Charlottesville. You cannot join more than one group, however (e.g. be initiated into Tri Delt at JMU, then transfer, and join Kappa Alpha Theta at UVa.

I'm going to transfer in next fall. Does anyone know who will be participating in fall rush for upperclassmen?

in the fall i think maybe SSS, GPB, SDT and maybe KKG since they didn't really fill their pledge class. ADPi usually does but my roommate said they might not this year

KKG is fine, don't be starting wacky rumors.
