I agree. There are a few that should be tied, but since Greek Rank lists them individually, I attempted to do the same.

The list is starting to resemble real rank! Just put theta above pi phi and dg above zeta and we're pretty accurate

ZTA way too high still. They've had a flurry of self ranking on this site, but that doesn't mean they've moved up. ZTA = tru social climbers

Agree. I'd put ZTA between DZ and AP. (When I first started UVA, I would have put AP on the same level as DZ if not perhaps ahead of it. However, they have certainly slipped. As for SK and ACO, I don't know which is better -- I think they're actually tied.
