Kappa used to be good, but has had a series of disasters. I know that they are pretty good at some schools, but just not here.

I'd say that Pi Phi is the best though they've been criticized for taking so many out of state girls. Theta is still good, too. Kappa has been sliding downhill because of issues in the house. I wouldn't pledge Tri Delta, DG, AXO, or Zeta because of reputation issues. I wouldn't pledge Alpha Phi because they are rushing for looks only and have some big problems (besides a general lack of class). Of the others, Gamma Phi shouldn't be at the top. They're in the bottom half but at least are classy and improving. So is KD. SK, DZ, and ADPi are also lower. Some good girls, lots not so good. Sigma Sigma Sigma, I don't even know what to say.
