News Flash......The incident is under investigation by the police, UVA Officials, Phi Psi IHQ, the victim's lawyer and the lawyers of the accused men. However, their are some UVA students that attended several Phi Psi parties, that stated to the press and UVA admin. that this type of behavior was going for quite some time. Just that no one said anything until now.
