Do not join theta chi. Too much hazing for what you get and they’re kicked off. On top of that, the house awfully located so they won’t survive the suspension in the same way Fiji did.

Contrary to what they say, they will forfeit their house next year. Also, no IFC means they can do whatever they want to you.

a post from their alumni on the chapter website says they’re hiring a management company to rent the house out to non-members. they r losing the house.
