What are fraternities looking for?

I already rushed three times and never got a bid. Even low tier chapters deny me after the first round. I was socially awkward and a nerd in high school, but I had to be like that to get into UVA. It just sucks because it feels like I have no way to get into greek life here, and I missed out on a lot.

Well I had to study hard and do extracurriculars. I had no time for socializing

Buddy we all had to do the same how else do you think 99% of us non legacy kids got here? Yet most of us are still social.
