Top 10 with explanations

1-3 Dke zete elmo: order for these three doesn’t really matter but they all keep beating hall in rush and are the most well known frats, mix with kappa theta tridelt aphi

4 phi psi: been improving with consistent parties and strong aphi and tri delt relations need a good rush to solidify the spot above hall

5 hall: has struggled cross rushing with the top houses and has fallen some, still great sorority relations

6 Sae: on the up, putting a lot of effort into dirty rush this year. Fun darties, barely ever throw late nights but the few they have are good.

7 Sig chi: tough to rank in tiers because they’re above chi phi and beta in terms of parties and sorority relations but not really competing with sae. Will depend on their rush.

8 Chi phi: having a pretty rough year, lost most of their rushees to ksig and sig chi last year and have struggled to throw. Dg still loves them and quad party was dope.

9-10: beta snu: profited off suspensions for sure, both houses rising but still mix with lower tier sororities/smaller scale parties than the rest of the top 10.

You could prob put ksig or 128 over a couple of last 3 but need to see how rush goes while suspended
