Ban Kappa Sigma from Rushing

No underground rushing. No operating in secret. No pretending they’re still a legitimate fraternity on Grounds. If they’re caught trying to operate, they need to be reported immediately. This isn’t about tearing down Greek life—it’s about protecting it. Allowing them to continue after what they’ve done only tarnishes the reputation of every other organization that’s trying to do things the right way.
