2024-2025 Frat Ranks (Detailed)

Tier 1: Top

Elmo: Best house setup for late nights and have crazy theta relations. Cool guys who have good sorority relations w/ top 3, always have good rush but tough pledging. Lots of dc prep school, northeast, and internationals

DKE: Massive house but kinda rough location, good late nights and darties, especially wine and grain. Worse parties than Elmo with better kappa relations but worse tri delt relations. All northeast prep kids, some can be slightly douche


ZETE: Great layout for parties, no huge events but they’re all solid. Worst parties in this group but absurd kappa relations and will always get the coolest southern kids. Kinda tough pledging


Tier 2: Upper

Phi Psi: Great house location with best parties in this group and probably second best overall behind Elmo. Solid darties and good relations with tri delt and aphi. Cool guys but tough pledging. Kids are from all over the place

Hall: Mid parties but great house location and darties and probably the best sorority relations in this group. Used to be better but has taken a dip with their last 2 pcs and usually gets beaten out when they throw same night as other places. Still a lot of cool guys, mainly the older ones. Lots of Virginia kids with a mix of southern and NE kids

SAE: Best darties which carry the house up. Essentially no parties but have a few that are usually solid. Worst sorority relations in this group but good house location. Some cool guys but getting to the point where they have some weirdos


Tier 3: Upper Mid

Sig Chi: Overall great parties and great guys. Cool house and setup but super far away from everything which hurts them a lot. Usually solid rush and best sorority relations in this group

Chi Phi: Has had a bit of a bump down recently. Good late night spot with great DJ and part of the quad meaning quad party. Solid across the board but nothing special

Beta: Bunch of great guys, big pcs, but parties aren’t anything special. Cool house and solid location but doesn’t quite rip the same as places above.

KSIG: Have had an unfortunate ride. Bunch of cool guys but will never be the same as a normal house. Have some events but none have been great. Still solid because of house location and cool guys

FIJI: Great location and great house for parties and darties. Solid guys but always get harmed by not being an official house
