Best bang for the buck frat

Of course the higher up you go the harder pledging, and people have pointed out several frats that have harder pledging than what is warranted for their level, like phi psi, chi phi, du, serp, and sig pi.

But are there any frats that have notably less hazing than other frats at their level?
