Frat Descriptions / Stereotypes - 2025

Tier 1

Zete - Really southern; take private school kids from Atlanta, Charlotte, Richmond etc. Big into hunting etc.

DKE - Mainly Northeast prep/boarding school kids (Greenwich, NYC, Boston) and lax team guys

Elmo - Big DC/Nova private school presence but also have a ton of guys from Latin America. The most international of the top frats

Hall - Somewhat of a Midwest/southern presence + some British kids mixed in. Zete usually takes the top southern guys from them

Tier 2

Phi Psi - Lot of guys from Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale) but also some northeast presence. More on the fratty side of things and not preppy

SAE - Little random here. Some Baltimore/Nova guys + Long Island public school guys.

Rest of the frats don’t really have their own niche/pipelines but more just take guys they meet and think are cool
