Phi Society is a recognized IFC fraternity and have a really supporting alumni group that owns the house. They have no national fraternity to nanny them to death by mandating a dry house.

Fiji is an UNrecognized IFC fraternity and have a really supporting alumni group that owns the house. Have a relatively sane national fraternity.

KA is an UNrecognized IFC fraternity and have an alumni group that owns the house. KA national is whack but support the UVA chapter and haven't revoked their charter (as far as I know). Will never ban drinking.
