real fall 2024 ranking (descriptions)

Top: DKE, ELMO, ZETE, HALL

Very obvious top. Pretty interchangeable. Will always be top because of money/connections. don't have the best parties but doesn't matter due to reputation and sorority relations.

Upper Mid: PHI PSI, SAE

Clearly in a league above all those in mid but don't have the same connections and money that's present in the top. SAE best darties and Phi Psi best indoor parties.

MID: SIG CHI, CHI PHI, SNU, BETA

All cross-rush with each other. Sig chi and chi phi have better sorority relations for now but chi phi is dropping due to recent rushes. This tier has great parties but each have slight things holding them back, Sig Chi+SNU- location, Chi Phi- rush, Beta- recent soroity relations (Pi Phi)

Lower Mid: 128 (shouldn't count), DU, SAMMY, Pi kapp

This tier is everything the mid-tier is with fewer cool guys and worse sorority relations. Most PC's are full of guys who were dropped by better frats. 128 unique case becasue they were on phi psi/sae level before getting kicked off- have fallen off heavily because of horrible rushes.

Low: Phi society, DSIG, phi delt

same as lower mid with even fewer guys who rushed at better places and even worse sorority relations. Have a lot of cool guys who are less focused on the social climbing aspect of Greek life. Also has a lot of guys who aren't "conventionally frat"- lots of great musicians and academically focused guys.
