top level: dke elmo zete
top houses every year and stay consistent with good pcs. tough to break into this level

second level: phi psi, hall, sae
phi psi been consistently rising, hall consistently falling. sae manages to get the same pc every year. this level has the best darties.

third level: sig chi, chi phi, ksig
sig chi has good late nights and their last two pcs have brought up the house. chi phi is falling off from bad rush but still a relevant house with good parties. anticipate ksig to be in this level after falling slightly from the suspension.

fourth level: beta, snu, 128
interchangeable houses within this level but they are above the houses below. 128 doing very well with the circumstances and mid tier sororities love beta and snu.

fifth level: sammy, du, pikapp
these houses don’t have the parties or sorority relations of the levels above but people still want to join every year. do well with lower tier sororities.

bottom level: everyone else
