If my friends and I want to pitch tents and camp on Grounds next to the Rotunda for a few weeks, do we need permission?

it depends. are you in a hot sorority and do you plan to be classy? Or do you smell (like Delta Gammas) and plan on not showering for the whole time? If the latter, then no because grounds is already stinky from all the DGs here. if you don't smell then sure
