end of the year real rankings

1) DKE - Rich and from NY/areas surrounding. Undisputed #1, not much else to say
2.) Zete rich and southern. Good rush this year, great late nights, and good house.
3.) Elmo rich and foreign. Decent rush this year, great parties. Good house and location.
4) Hall - alright, rush this year.Big PC but lost some guys. Somewhat southern good darties. Alright, house goo location.
5) Phi Psi - Very fratty, alright rush this year, great darties. best house and location.
6) SAE - Solid rush, great darties, house and location
7) Sig Chi - Very good rush, on the up. Terrible location but nice house
8) Chi Phi - On the decline a bit. pretty bad rush. Good darties. good house and location.
9) 128 good rush this year. Great house and location. On the come up especially with being reinstated soon. Good darties.
10) SNU - Pretty much where they were last semester, good rush and live parties. On the come up. good house.
11) Beta - Good mixers parties kinda mid alright rush. alright house and loaction.
12) DU - Solid rush, good guys and solid parties. Under investigation but always manage to pull through
13 Pi Kapp - Solid rush, good guys and solid parties. Haven’t heard much else
D Sig - Nice new house and outside area, decent rush. Really cool sat house
Phi Society - Nice house, average rush though. Good darties though
Phi Delt - Girls love it here. Pretty big pc from what I’ve heard, great guys.
Chi Psi - Same comments as phi delt
Serp - Nicest house on campus but still has a terrible reputation. A waste
AEPi - Really cool guys, not the greatest parties though
Pi Lam - Cool guys, good parties. Underrated.
A Sig - Decent guys, but in a nice house that they’ll probably lose next year and have a tiny
TKE - not heard much about them tbh

ATO - Lost their house to ASig this year, will probably get it back next year
Sig Pi - very small pc. Never been there so don’t know about their events
Phi Sig - Dead I think? Not sure
