Mid tier frat rankings with descriptions

Taking a break from my all nighter so heres my comments and ranks with frats I know of

(tied) Sigma Nu (ΣΝ) - Great parties but kind of get sick of them
(tied) Beta Theta Pi (ΒΘΠ) - Love the guys in this house, wish they had better parties
128 - Fun darties and great pc, best house location
Delta Upsilon (ΔΥ) - Imo have the best parties, don’t really know the guys tho
Kappa Alpha (KA) - Imo opinion have the best darties, don’t even know if they throw late nights
Delta Sigma Phi (ΔΣΦ) - Nice new house and nice guys, decent parties too
Pi Kappa Phi (ΠΚΦ) - Beach darty venue was sick but besides that haven’t really been much
